[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had seen this on TV and couldn’t wait to cook on it. I like it better than the George Foreman grill. Had the best fajitas tonight - cooked perfectly with onions and peppers, and super fast.
It was fun to grill and easy to clean. Highly recommend as a gift or for yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle is all around perfect. So many options grilled steak, paninis, grilled cheese, bacon, eggs and multiple pancakes. This Griddle is super easy to clean, I am amazed because I used to spend our cleaning my other old one. This is a time saver and drips all the oil and unnecessary fat off pan. My 5 year old claims the pancakes are the best on the griddle. I highly recommend this Blue Diamond Griddle!

We love how it's so versatile for cooking pancakes, eggs, meats, fish, pizza, paninis and more! Non stick surface makes for easy clean up plus the plates are dishwasher safe. And... the plates heat up very quickly providing quicker times for meal prep. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has replaced 3 items in my kitchen arsenal. My burger pan, my sandwich press, and my old flat griddle. It is awesome! I don't have to add fat to cook as it is non-stick, and I love that the plates can go right into the dishwasher,easy clean up. It heats quickly and evenly for perfectly done burgers, pressed sandwiches, even fish. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is great using it as a press. I tried to cook bacon on it and it took a long time and it make the bacon limp. Other then that it is good for making Cubans sandwiches which are my husbands favorite food ever. So it works great in our house. It doesn't take long to heat up and I would recommend this to a friend or family member.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice griddle.So far I have made pancakes,burgers,grilled chicken,some veggies,made grilled cheese sandwiches and few more things.The size is good,but even better when it's laid open.Clean up is a camp paper towel,nothing stick and it heats up quick.The Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle will be getting even more use as the weather heats up.Thanks for a great product!

We dont have alot of counter space .We decided on blue diamond sizzle griddle and it works nice both sides cook evenly perfict sandwiches every time worth every penny !! And easy to clean bonus. GET Y'ALL ONE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle is so great! The sizzle griddle is so very easy to use, comes with two drip cups. There's only one knob to control the temperature. You can use it to make panini type sandwiches or expand it to two sides and make pancakes on one side with turkey sausage on the other! The food doesn't stick, and wipes right off! I highly recommend purchasing this griddle, you won't be disappointed.
