[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle is great. Perfect size for me to make breakfast on. I can start pancakes on one side while making eggs and bacon on the other. Makes cooking so easy. I'm looking for what to make for dinner on it.

It's so easy to use.I have made hamburgers,grilled cheese sandwiches,eggs & bacon just to name a few.I like the fact the food is cooked evenly.There were grease cups included and that helped with the clean up,which was also quick and easy..I would recommend the Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle to family and friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little griddle! It came ready to go right out of the box. The weight of the griddle made it feel like it is great quality and it is certainly is. We decided to make grilled cheeses for our first use and it heated very quickly. It made the grilled cheeses very crisp and then it was super easy to wipe down and clean up. Way easier than taking out a pan and going through that process. Highly recommend!

It took a minute to figure out how to work the handle to lay down flat but after that it was super simple. Nonstick is amazing on these. Everything comes off with ease no sticking at all. Makes an amazing grilled sandwich and it perfect for breakfast foods. My new favorite kitchen gadget

We also make grilled sandwiches and quesadillas on it. It's small and compact enough to store easily. Clean up is a breeze. The control is simple and it heats and cooks evenly. Love, love, love the Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what a great griddle. I love to make some great Sicilian sandwiches, but they never fit in my old griddle. This double hinge design is exactly like the ones they use in Italy. All my panini creations fit whether thick or extra thick; and still melt evenly and brown nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago and I've used it maybe 10 or more times now? I love this thing. Perfect to cook sandwiches, paninis and quesadillas. I'm sure its great for other meals but those are what I've been mainly using it for. I love the fact its dishwasher safe, makes cleaning the thing so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Blue Diamond Sizzle Griddle! It's simple to use. Bacon is my favorite thing to cook in it. It cooks my bacon evenly so the bacon doesn't curl up. It comes out crispy and delicious! It comes with two grease cups to catch all the grease. It's also great for sandwiches. It opens up flat so you can cook pancakes, eggs, or anything else you would cook with a griddle. It comes with two grease cups. The plates on the griddle are easily removable and are dishwasher safe. Everything I have tried cooking in it so far has come out great!
