I would give this phone 4 1/2 stars, as is. I would give it 5 stars if it had a slot for an SD card and an external audio plug. But I realize all phone manufacturers are going bluetooth for external audio, which I personally don't like. I would like the option for additional removable storage.

S21 5G Special price is really for "pre Owned"

Ordered on Cyber Monday because of the "deal". Nowhere in the sale information was mentioned about receiving a "pre Owned" phone. Noticed a few little glitches missing that were on my old s7. Ended up receiving 3 phones over 2 months and countless hours on with ProTech Support and Samsung. Sent all back for full credit.
