The design on the phone is sleek and modern. Just my kind of style in a phone. The upgraded features i noticed from my previous one (I has a 9+) is obvious enough to tell they improved it without making it so hard for me to learn how to use a new phone over again. Not to mention the ease of the transfer process. Everything was transferred over just as i had it: apps, subfolders for the apps, themes etc. The only thing that i had to do manually was contacts and notes. I was able get my contacts through Nearby Share and email my notes. Im sure contacts was because of how i saved it and the Notes could just be since it's upgraded, they havent figured out how to transfer it to the new version yet. But everything else has been working fine.
Spoiler alert: you need bluetooth headphones and if you save alot of stuff, an online drive accont of some kind. No memory card slot. Im talking to my dad about getting one but he doesnt take pictures. Almost all of them are just a few of him and family.

Great deal on upgrade! Nice phone, easy to use. I would recommend it as a good upgrade to anyone with the older Samsung phone. No issues with connections. The ATT representative was very helpful with all my questions.
