Love this phone. Had a note 9 and this phone is almost that same size without the higher price. Love that loyalty pgm s are returning. It was so easy and effortless to turn in my old phone for the new. Got a better data plan also

Great phone, had an S8 active and upgraded it with the S21 and wasn't disappointed. No problems upgrading but still waiting on trade in status after 3 weeks or it would be 5 star rating for the phone and the entire process, very happy and would recommend the Galaxy S21 and upgrading to anyone.
