Piece of crap!!! Not worth nearly 1k !!!

Phone is garbage. I just got it and I hate it. Haven't even had it for a month and it keeps restarting randomly multiple times per day.... right when I was in the middle of something it turned off!!!! I even have the auto reset off in the settings!!! First they take the ability to remove the battery in the back away, then they take the physical home button off, then the headphone jack, now sd card... what next???The only good thing about this phone is the camera and that's it!!! They keep copying iphones.

The s21 5g is the worst phone I've had in years, no silence button, horrible notification system and the box doesn't even come with a power box. Better yet it doesn't even have a charger, the only cable it had was a transfer cable. The phone's speaker is giving out too after having it for maybe 5 days. Feels cheaply made and no sd card slot.

Hubby recently got hearing aids and in order for him to be able to download the app that goes with them he had to replace his phone. With the supe good trade-in deal we decided to trade mine in too (both were Galaxy S8 Plus).
The in call sound quality is horrible, we frequently can't hear the person we called even if we're in our own home! Very frequently we can't use the internet on the new phone, and overall we're very sorry that we traded in our old phones. Except for the fact that it wouldn't support the app he needed, the old phones were way better!

This phone from Samsung is definitely a disappointment. Loosing a earphone jack, expandable memory, and it doesnt come with a charging block. Nothing seems better except the camera. Thats about it.
