I upgraded from the Samsung S9, and while the phone isn't hugely different - all the annoying things about the S9 have been improved upon. First off, the camera is AMAZING! The day I got the phone, we had some owls in the trees about 50 feet away. I was able to zoom in, and capture all the details. It looked like a professional wildlife photo with an expensive camera. The low light photo issues are gone - I've taken many pictures basically in the dark, and they turn out great. The larger memory is a welcome addition along with better fingerprint recognition.
Very disappointed that the Samsung music app will not play music transferred from all my cd's saved on pc in music player or itunes. Have had several Galaxy phones and they all played my music in this app. Why in the world change that? Fairly stupid! Of course you can play on another music app, VLC works, but why make people search for something else? Otherwise, nice phone.
I was really excited to upgrade my phone. However, immediately I had issues with the battery (the percentage on the phone did not reflect the actual charge of the phone). Samsung did not fix the problem by replacing the battery.
Basically the same phone as past ones with a few changes that I'm not a fan of. This phone does not have the middle screen button at bottom to double click to turn on. I sometimes have to double click the screen in multiple spots to get it to light up. They took away the motion photo which is a bummer. You can still use it on selfie mode which doesn't make any sense??
