Nice phone, however...

Nice phone. Camera is excellent. Display and sound are awesome. However, with average use, the battery only lasts about 12 hours. Also, if apps are open, the phone gets very hot to where it is uncomfortable to hold. This should not happen. I have researched this problem, but have found no solutions.

So many things, when I switched phones did not transfer over, very frustrating. All my apps that did transfer no longer recognized me had all these messages confirming if it was me. Didn't notice there was no charging cord or plug, really? Add money to the overall price and send a darn charging cord and plug. All the camera lenses are great but they stick out on the back, how do you lay the phone down without possibly damaging a lens. Wish I would have kept my G20 Note!

Every time this device updates an app it drops your call and logs you out of your apps and so you have to go back and log into each app. It's not the device for me. Especially when I'm using it for business and in the middle of conversations all of a sudden the call drops, because an app is updating. I will be switching back to iPhone.

The Set-up and transfer of my data and apps from my Homepage of my Samsung Galaxy S10 were very easy. I was truly amazed. The transfer was a carbon copy of how my apps were setup on my old phone. The only reason why I didn't rate 5 stars is because I'm still learning certain operational techniques.

No sd card space

I returned the phone. No space for sd card?! That is something I was not thinking about as is no brainer. But aparently Samsung decided people don't space on the phone. I didn't fully activate the phone when I realized that, so i just sent it back. Very disapointed. I think camera is ok, didnt really check the phone after that big disapointment.

It doesn't allow you to schedule texts or emails.
The phone doesn't alert me when emails arrive nor is there any indication of a missed call or anything on the front screen unless you manually go into the home page.

I own an S7 edge. This new device was not really any nicer than my older model. It was narrower. The memory could not be expanded with a Micro-Sd card. The few buttons It had are all on the upper right: Bad for a leftie. It has some new charger port that requires $50 worth of cords, chargers and adapters to be purchased separately to adapt to my lifestyle because not even a charger came with it! The final straw was that It also has the smallest battery of all the new Spring Samsung phone lineup.

I hate this phone. Had it 2-3 months. Apps Freeze a few times a week. Much slower than my Samsung 10, or even the 8. Takes 6-8 seconds to send a text
