The phone is great with pictures and video but there's big problem with picture messages/ multimedia. You have to keep doing a soft reboot and reset network for it to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great design...just began using it...I gave it 4 stars ONLY because there are WAY TOO MANY preloaded junk apps (Games, Product pushes..etc.).... Other than that, Great product so far.

The phone is really not that much better than my old Galaxy S8. It has good battery life. It does not come with a charger and in trying to charge it the first time with my S8 charger, it took hours to charge up! I bought a new charger and it now charges in an hour. I don't like that turning off the volume on the side does NOT turn off volume to all notifications.(when you need to turn off sounds temporarily) Had to search around to turn them off in settings. It alerts on too many things. Some things I can't even tell why it is alerting. Maybe a change in temperature etc. My old S8 was still in great working condition after 4 years so I'm assuming this phone will last a long time also. I also do NOT like that I cannot apply specific tones to specific contacts. All text messages have the same tone and all other types of alerts have another tone. There should be more options
