Phone is very responsive and accurate with the things you need to use on your apps, wifi, customer service etc. Easy to handle and very friendly. Up graded from a s9, big difference!
Pros: +runs quickly and smoothly +camera is high-quality with tons of features (especially after owning an older phone) +fits in a men's jeans front pocket comfortably
Cons: -some quality of life features missing (specificially a security feature that let you bypass pin unlock if it was only a little while since the phone was unlocked) -headphone jack missing (more of an issue when upgrading from an older device) -fingerprint sensor is hit or miss, especially when using a screen protector
Overall I love the S21 so far. I'd previously owned a Galaxy S8+ since 2017 and finally decided to take advantage of a trade-in offer so this is a huge upgrade for me. The S21's battery life is limited to a one-day charge depending on your usage. I don't play games on it so your mileage may vary. The S21's camera is loaded with features, most of which I may not even use but the option is there for those who are more savvy in that area. The QoL security feature I miss isn't a deal-breaker but it's something worth noting if you do use it. If you're in the market for a new flagship device, I recommend taking a look at this model!
