Excellent phone. I love the new camera features. The only nit I have is that some of my apps don't fit well into the screen anymore. Probably more an app problem than the phone though.

In the beginning transferring over Google related information was difficult. Still not sure if it was a Google or Samsung thing, but initially everything was either straighten out or I was able to work around. Be that as it may, all other aspects regarding the phone is great. Display, sound, and camera meet and exceed all expectations. Only check off I can't speak on is the display glass durability, and I am hoping that I never get the chance to rate that option.

Love the phone but the glass easily scratches. The case and screen saver did not arrive until 4 days after the phone. While cleaning the screen to apply the glass cover, I noticed there was a deep oval scratch on the screen glass already. I'm concerned the screen is not sturdy and will break easily. This is my 4th Samsung phone and the first to give me concern.

The phone is great but the process of activating it was terrible. This was just a simple upgrade from an S8 to the new S21 on a existing account but it could not be accomplished without having to get support involved. Even though instructions were provided to do this yourself, they didn't work. Very frustrating.
