I upgraded from the s10 and while this phone has several things that are better, I'm finding the change in the locations of the power and volume buttons to be awkward. The screen, with no case on the phone is so sensitive, it is moving between screens as I type. For instance during the typing of the review, I've had the screen minimize and switch to a different screen multiple times. Very frustrating. Im hopung the adfition of a case will fix that.
On a positive note, the s21 feels considerably smaller in my hand than my old phone, although I feel I have as much if not more screen area. Also the 5G connection is really nice. There's less lag and my connection speeds are fantastic as well as my camera being superb.
Another drawback is that the charging cord that comes with the phone is USB-C to USB-C, with no charging block included. This necessitates me buying a different charging block.lastly Bixby is an annoyance, it connects if you hit the power button while fumbling for the volume keys. I will be trying to reprogram that button.
Overall, I really like the phone so far, but the few issues I have are enough to lose one full star on the review, as I find myself getting frustrated quite easily.
