Horrible storage comes almost full

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two months of usage my phone gave a warning as the storage is almost full. I used other phones fro years and still had space when I updated but this one is the worst update. When I checked I saw the "others" 60% storage and 28%Samsung. I tried to delete the others but it was not possible I watched many videos and read articles. Basically you are buying about 50gn for 600 dollars. Waste of money. If Samsung doesn't update the storage I will move to Apple or else. I hear all new versions after the s20 is the same way? Of the point is ro sell tye SD card they should advertise so! A junk

No expandable memory No dual SIM card holder

No expandable memory, 3 camera lenses just confuse the software so getting it to focus on what you want plus everything else in frame is almost impossible, the amount of bloatware samsung is now putting on their phones so you have to purchase cloud storage because, again, no expandable memory, everywhere else in the world gets a dual sim card slot..not America though. There's a software update every 15 days that adds more bloatware on your device that you can't remove. 99% of the apps don't work in landscape mode, including samsung's own galaxy store. Auto correct is horrible, it always corrects 'it' to 'ID' but it's
sure on point to correct my spelling of 'trump' to capitalizing that 'T'! Smh. I'm sure I'm missing many more issues but those are my biggest. I was a huge samsung fan until I bought this phone.

It has no expandable memory, 3 camera lenses just confuse the software so getting it to focus on what you want plus everything else in frame is almost impossible. The amount of bloatware is hair pulling stressful especially when you can't uninstall any of it nor disable them. The rest of the world gets a dual sim card slot..not America though. 99% of the apps don't work in landscape mode, including samsung's own galaxy store. Auto correct is horrible, it always corrects correctly spelled words and it's suggested words are never even close. The battery life is terrible, it's own bloatware is usually responsible for it. One of the worst things, especially living in Florida, is the screen gets up to 112°F (44°C). When I'm watching YouTube or something, even with a desk fan blowing air on it and not charging, it gets almost hot enough not to touch so I pulled out my digital IR thermometer and got the 112 degrees. And using the camera for a few minutes gets the screen even hotter, I don't even have a case on my phone and you can't put your fingers anywhere close to the lenses for more than a second or two before it becomes too hot to touch. I'm sure I'm missing many more issues but those are my biggest. I was a huge samsung fan until I bought this phone.
