Amazing phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought my phone a little over a year ago and it was great! The camera quality is amazing, the screen resolution was astonishing and over all the phone was perfect. However last month, in March after just over a year of having the phone my screen went blank, there was no damage to the phone it just randomly went blank. I could still use features like Bixby, I could call and technically use my apps but I could not see what was happening on screen. Maybe it was my phone and it was a one off but I'm unsure. The other issue is about 6 months into having the phone, during phone calls, the person on the other end would be talking and they would not be able to hear me. I was not muted I checked multiple times, but after about a minute they were able to hear me again.
