[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered the phone back when it came out and couldn't be any happier. Love all the features it contains. Pictures! The camera is so clear! Everyone loves how clear the pictures come out. I had the s10, couldn't be so happy that I decided to wait until 21 to upgrade.

Excellent device with a small hiccup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went back from the Note line (I had a Note 9) to the S line (S21), and the experience has been absolutely great. I just found a small hiccup, and is related to high temperature while multitasking.
Commonly issue is I start multitasking while using Youtube, and suddenly youtube closed due to high temperature. That's annoying but I can live with that. Overall, a great phone, excellent size and amazing features.

It wakes me up, keeps me connected to events, handles my gaming, and takes great photos. There is more, but I'm just learning about all its functions. Glad I researched before purchasing a phone. Would have been disappointed if it could not handle my needs.
