Good phone bad battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this phone month ago and the USB charging cord that came with device overheated and damaged battery in 2d week. Now battery will only charge to 25% and that takes several hrs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ability to correlate the vacations that I've enjoyed this summer has made this device a one of a kind. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my S21 and it is different from my Galaxy 8 so a bit of a learning curve for someone set in their ways. The pictures are much clearer and there is more memory for the pictures of my grandkids. Its tough to teach an old gal new things but, I'm glad that I made the change.

Many dropped calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many calls thet I was unable to hear the person on the other end or they could not hear me. I reported this and the company replaced the phone and tols me that I would have this problem if I used 5G and someone at the store set it to 4. I am still having this problem
