Phenomenal Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone was the upgrade to my Note 4 and has been nothing short of amazing - it is super fast, smaller and thus easier for me to use, and most importantl, the camera is phenomenal. I've used the camera for family events and the pictures produced were amazing. I am very happy with my purchase.

From a 4 ft cord to a 2 ft, why?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay overall review of the S21.
Opened the box and found a 2 foot cord, attached this to my S10 quick charger plug and initially charged up the phone so I could move the information to my new phone. After that few times, the phone looked like it was draining with the plug and so a reverse charge or non charge.
I had to buy a charging plug asap. Even though the customer service on the phone and in person said that should not be, but it does.
As for photos I love the night shots, the filter almost makes it a late afternoon earlh evening shot. This is some crazy camera.
The new Samsung cases with the stand is great.
But coming with a 2 foot cord is not useful at all. At work my outlet is about 3+ feet away, and so I have to go under the desk. The Verizon store does not have any 4-6 foot cords but a 10 footer. So either the 2 or 10 will have to do. They do this to make more purchases from people like us. So of course I bought the 10 foot cord, a waste I'd say.
Over all use after couple months is great, except when I am using the hot spot. When on the road, wifi is not always available and so I must use the hot spot. Sometimes it's seemless and other not so..my S10 connected right away and didn't drop like this S21. So that is why my rating is 3 star, average because not much of change and Hotspot doesn't give me ample download and upload speeds unlike the S10. If it wasn't for my battery going down, I'd keep my S10.

Love the 3 cameras!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as an upgrade in February and I LOVE the cameras! I love being able to capture wide angle photos and capture everyone as I have a pretty large family. Also love that it comes in pink.
