I have always enjoyed the Samsung Galaxy phones. However I am aggravated at two things:
1) There is no headphone jack on the phone. I do not like wireless headphones, and now i have to buy a specific usb-c to audio plug. This is frustrating!
I continue to be appalled at the pricing for phones and service. As a long time customer, I'd like to receive some sort of love, but as a corporation, I know no one cares anyway. Humans don't even read these. You're welcome for my always on time gigantic monthly payments.
I have been an Android fan for many years but this phone changed that. I did not like the look and design of the icons. Mostly I did not like all the bloatware that was preloaded on this phone. Every time I opened an app I felt like it wanted to have access to all my personal info. I deleted so many apps that I didn't ask for or want. It gave me such a bad taste that I went back the next day and traded it in for my very first iphone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its my fault for not reading more into it, but its not worth it from a galaxy S9. I just didn't think samsung would ever get rid of external storage or the heart rate monitor. Honestly disappointed. A lot of the great things about Androids are missing. Sadly disappointed.
I like the phone it is a little smaller than the LG I had but that is ok. I'm still figuring out how to use it, for example some apps come up and I can't figure out how to clear that screen. Setting up the phone was straight forward. I liked that fact that I was given a cable that allowed me to transfer files directly between my old phone and new.
