Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone a couple of months ago and it has met all of my expectations. It is a good phone with long battery life and a user-friendly experience. The only down side is no headphone jack. Why pay for a phone with less features?

The S 21 is difficult to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my S9 for the S21. Not the best move. The S9 had a button that I could press to awaken my phone from the sleep stage. Samsung did away with the button on the face of the phone and with the S21 you are supposed to tap the face twice to awaken. Sometimes two taps works but more often than not, it takes 6 or 8 taps to awaken.
I always buy a case for my phone and with the case the side button is a little difficult to press to awaken. It is just very frustating to have to keep tapping the face of the phone to get into action. Other than that, the phone is OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is great for the normal use (everyday use). Although the phone looks kinda cheap because of the plastic back body, need to improve on the body part. Camera picture color too hue, which make pics look fake.

Unbeleivable Durability and Reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new S21 5G was on a menu and a gust of wind swept the menu away along with my phone. We were at a waterfront restaurant and inevitably, they both landed in the SALT water! This was at about 1:30 in the afternoon and the tide was coming up (7' tide). I waited until about 10:30 that night when the tide was still going out and went into the water to extract the phone, as I was staying on a boat nearby. As soon as I picked it up out of the water, it immediately started working. I cheered, the restaurant did and I was amazed.
Awesome durability and something an I Phone would never survive, as they rarely survive a drop! I have a video of the incident to show all the disbelievers - great phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!
