Samsung A11 Worst phone ever!

Just keeps getting worse. I purchased phone in July.
From day 1 there have been problems. When I tap on a name it brings up different person. Agonizingly slow. Changes things on it's own.
Shuts down by itself. I shut it off, (not shut down) Lay it on table and watch it come back on. Randomly opens apps. Won't stay off, i must shut down.Volume keeps turning itself off.
Plus more. Never again.
