I absolutely love my Galaxy S21. I do have to say I really disliked the plastic back and I do feel that was a poor move from Samsung and not fair to have in a flagship phone, but once i put my case on, it's not an issue i even think about. The phone still has a great weight to it so you still feel the high quality. The features and functions of the phone are wonderful and i am extremely happy with my phone. I love the ability to personalize it with themes and fonts, it is so quick, so clear, and the cameras are amazing which was very important to me. I would absolutely choose this phone again.

Ended up with the wrong phone. Im not happy with battery life. Unfortunately my S8 plus was having battery life issues. When you have 6% battery left, you often make quick decisions.
Upon transferring files between the S8 to S21. The battery dropped to 65% in 45 min. Bug disappointment. Made me feel like i need to be tethered to a charging cord as i am now.

I hate the phone, and i want to return. The phone i currently have is 100% better than this phone. Im 60 on disability can hardly see screen i have no idea how to set up didnt come with pamphlet for usr.

Upset about the phone not having an aux adaptor. I don't have Bluetooth compatibility for my car so the aux cord option worked great for me with my s10+. I rather have my old phone. Should have done more research.

The battery was terrible... 100% at 6AM.. 65% by noon... recharged it too 100%... 15% by 9 PM.. I get on there and check my social media accounts and email.. I don’t play games or watch videos... boxed it up and it’s on its way back
