So amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are considering buying this phone I highly recommend it. Here are the features I personally like: being able to customize it fully from the font to the AR zone to the themes and icons, the speed at which it processes, meaning I can play games like Genshin impact and Leauge of legends wild rift with absolutely no lag and wonderful ping, it also has a great camera (front and back). I can run multiple apps at once or in the background, I have lots of storage for both my school apps, pictures, videos, and games. The aesthetic of the phone itself is amazing, I got it in black, it looks so sleek and professional, the other colors look amazing as well from what I've seen on the internet. It's like having a computer in my pocket and I could not be happier. I also like the ease of connecting everything through my phone and the power share feature is especially helpful. Also if you have other Samsung electronics like the galaxy buds or watch, the galaxy wearable app is amazing and gives you extra options and flexibility with your devices such as being able to switch to a bass boost or treble boost and everything in between. I traded in my old phone in for this one and could not be happier.

Dropped calls

I had this phone for few months now. I have traded my IPhone 11 pro 256gb. I needed a change and also i wanted to find out if android have improved.
I must say the camera is way better on the IPhone. It takes pictures faster. I can't take pictures fast on this phone because the camera doesn't open fast enough or the picture is blurry. The main issue that just started now is that my phone calls are being dropped. It's been an ongoing issue for 2 weeks. Short or long phone call each are being dropped even my signal strength is full. I just can't hear the other person and they can't hear me. I just have to hang up and call back. It's starting to be annoying a lot. Other than this issues the phone is working great. If they will not fix this issue i am not sure if I will stay with android.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the camera on my device, it really captures what the eye sees! I'm not fond of having to keep my notification volume up in order for my alarm to go off, there is no separate volume control for them, it's both or neither. Until you figure that out you're left wondering why you slept in late so many times. I know several people this has happened to. Overall service coverage is on the lower side of average.
