Prior to owning this phone I was hard core manzanna. This phone has made me a galaxy lifer. The glass Is tuff! The glasstic back is not only durable and has a finger feel but it's classy as all get out. The speakers are the loudest I've ever personally heard from a phone and so no need for my old Bluetooth speaker set up. Literally, I was outside our house on a highway and listened to music while we gardened and had no issues at all with the level of sound this puppy put out. My old almost kinda newish phone, transfered all my files over and instantly I went from having to pay for storage to barely a blue line on my available internal storage. The screen is beautiful, I don't recommend the preloaded wallpapers because they don't compare to the competitors options but once you find a nice HD one you'll be happy with the quality of the home screen and options. Also all the galaxy owners already know this but if ur thinking of swapping check out that calender widget option! ALSO a great upgrade is I can surf the web while I use the Hotspot to stream movies and I don't see any lag ever. My previous excess phone would snail. So if ur wanting the best phone ever I recommend this one.

Lost the headphone jack, and sd storage. Samsung used to be the leader, they are definitely going downhill fast.

I upgraded my S9 to this phone, and have regretted every moment since the first software update was forced through. It's slow, freezes all the time, and I lose connectivity on a daily basis which requires restarting the phone or toggling on and off airplane mode a few times when I need to send a text or make a call. Can't wait for the chance to upgrade this junk for a working phone.

no phone jack for headphones, Bixby keeps interfering with basic on/off operations, Cannot seem to turn off Bixby, Bixby is a piece of crap software, screen size is deceiving, seems longer by dimension but is actually a narrower screen than the S8 Active, Screen capture is awkward or impossible ( no forums I have checked so far seem to know how to do a screen capture on this model), For supposedly the most rugged phone Samsung has it pales in comparison to the older S7 & S8 Active models, IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A ROBUST WORK PHONE (GOOD FOR SISSY'S AND DESK JOCKIES I SUPPOSE), NO additional storage available, This would seem to be a given feature for a mfg trying to stay on top with quality & functionality. Other than that everything else seems to be working ok for now. If I find another rugged Android phone that offers the above I will buy it instead of Samsung.

Everything is great especially the camera. I dont like that there is a delay in my text messages. When I text someone their text comes in before mine and it pushes all the other persons messages together and all mine together even if it's at different times.
