Great Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the S21+ about 6 months ago. I give it 4.9 stars, only because when switching from 4G to 5G (and vice versa) the radio seems to malfunction and shows "no service". This is fixed with a reboot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for quite a while and I love everything about it. The camera takes amazing pictures and videos with great sound quality. The storage is perfect for what I need. I use Notes for Journaling and recipes and I put my appointments and weekly tasks in my calendar and set reminders.

Good features but issues with charging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's frustrating to get the phone charger cord to have my phone charging. Sometimes in spite of being attached to the charger it does charge. In such times I have to take it out, switch off the phone then put the cord back and then it charges.
