Business Owners Beware!

'll preface this with I really enjoyed the phone while it worked, but when it stops, it really falls apart fast and is not reliable, so if you are a business owner and you rely on a functioning phone, just be cautious. After 6 months of use, the motherboard has been deemed a failure, which is a bummer because it'll take up to 3 weeks to replace.
I upgraded from the s8+, so it was nice to have better screen resolution, upgraded cameras, smoother experience while scrolling and using the phone, and just overall upgraded features. The camera is nice and takes great photos, but telephoto resolution is mediocre compared to real cameras (no surprise). There are lots of different features available to touch up the photos and make them look nice. I also really enjoy how much you can dial in the screen to make it less stressful on my eyes. I don't feel any eye strain after using it for hours unless I'm in the dark. As for performance, I can switch between apps much faster than on the s8, which saves me time on productivity.
Again, when it works it is an awesome phone, and a week ago I recommended it to everyone I know who is looking to upgrade. But after it stopped working, I would be extremely cautious to purchase this phone unless you have a backup option in case something happens.

Frequent Screen Freeze and Phone Restart

I bought an S21+ about 2 months ago. It works about 99% of the time. Unfortunately it cannot be used during the other 1% of the time because it freezes and restarts on its own. I have no control over this freeze/restart process. So I have found this product to not be very good.

no SD card slot and wall charger

Samsung should bring back SD card slot. I don't know why they removed the wall charger. Ordered separately and now they don't have it in stock. It should come with the phone like before!

Buyer's remorse

I regret purchasing this phone. My Galaxy Note 8 was problem free. This phone is garbage and full of bugs. It chirps in the middle of the night for no reason. The apps don't work properly. I am seriously thinking about trashing this phone and going back to my old phone. Do not try to fix something that is not broken. You will regret it.

Was able to keep the S4 for a long time because you could replace the battery.
I guess that's why you can't replace the battery anymore. Lol.
But, really, that's my only complaint. I'm very happy with the S21+ 5G model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone was a horrible choice for a upgrade. It has no headphone connection. No micro SD add. The wireless charging doesn't work properly. No wonder this phone was super cheap! It's a crappy model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After that title what else is there to say? However only thing i would add is it would be nice if the plus had a 512gb variant like the s10+ had. The no sd is livable however add 512gb & or 1tb to the s22+ we dont all want the ultra too BIGGG!

Everything's good except the back glass broke within 3 months and I had it in case!! Not a bad one either, never had that happen to me before. And for any gaming the refresh rate is super nice, shame it isn't 4k too though.
