Mostly an upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I love Samsung electronics. I could not give this product all 5 stars because the fingerprint biometric Is a huge disappointment and downgrade when compared with that same feature on my S8 and the screen protector which seems to go hand in hand with the fingerprint bio is the most fragile thing I've ever seen on any cell phone. I've cracked 2 already and I couldn't tell you what I did or when it happened to either one. At this price point you'd think we wouldn't have gone backward in the 4 years between phones.

Great Phone, Great Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung Galaxy (on and off) since I bought the model III. The times I have gone to other brands for 'the next great phone', I have always been sorely disappointed! That is because Samsung's Galaxy line focuses on features you actually need versus unnecessary bells and whistles. The new camera is better than my hand held point and shoot camera! Of course a premium phone comes at a premium price. But if you can afford it, it is well worth the money.
