[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched back to Verizon and got the new Galaxy S21 the end of Feb 2021. I'm still learning features but Ive always been a android user so this one doesn't disappoint. The size, to the clear pictures are great.

Not always reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S21+ because my Samsung Galaxy S9 was starting to have some issues. I'm finding that my 21+ is having some of those same issues. For example, sometimes it won't let me click on certain links. I have to close out of the app completely and start over. Honestly, this will probably be my last Samsung phone I will purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
