Quick, but frustrsted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] frustrated. Bought this a few months back. Still finding out things. Most annoying...no way to find answers to simple operations, like how to hang up a call when the screen doesn't always give you a hangup icon.

Keeps freezing up, crashing, and restarting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this in February. In March, it would occasionally freeze up, crash, and restart. I deleted all of my new apps and ended up doing a factory reset. It was wonderful for about 3 weeks. Then started doing it again. Yesterday, it went into a restart cycle that lasted 2 hours. I did another factory reset and it was fine last night, but crashed several times this morning. It is great when it isn't crashing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung never seems to disappoint and they haven't done it this time either. The galaxy s21+ 5G is an awesome phone with great features. I haven't learned ALL of the things it's capable of yet but it is super fast and always reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally impressed with ease of use, fast charging battery and battery duration. It is so smooth to use! My Galaxy Buds Pro connected all on its own straight out of the box! The size isn't so large that it's gaudy to hold at all. Can't say enough good things about it!!! The only thing I would change would be a textured back to the phone so it's not so slick.

Amazing device

I love the screen and the resolution, specially the refresh rate on the screen, the fast charging is phenomenal and the quality of the pictures and video is spectacular.
