Best Galaxy Yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my note 9 to my S21 Ultra when it first came out as a 60th birthday present to myself. I went for the 512gb model with 16gb of ram so I'd know it was the most powerful as well. The camera is beyond belief, the speed is incredible and the display is second to none. I also am glad they added S pen support as I got used to it on my note 9. The hard part was finding the right case that would house the S pen but Samsung did it again! I ordered their S view flip case and the pen is mounted on the left of the phone. For me this was a win win as I'm a lefty. Using the S pen on the note 9 was awkward for me as it was housed on the bottom right but with the S pen on the left it's a game change for me. I'd totally recommend the galaxy S21 ultra to anyone looking for a powerhouse that can do it all. Oh, it makes phone calls too!

Easy to Use Finally

Amazing phone but soft screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my s21+ ultra honestly. As a dedicated Galaxy Note user for many years, I had a hard time swallowing that they were coming to an end. But I held out and waited for the new ultra to drop and I'm glad I did.
The phone is the fastest I've owned and the cameras are amazingly high quality.
The only con I've found is that the screen scratches if you even look at it funny. For a phone in this price point, the screen really should be more durable. My old galaxy phones took real beatings and never even so much as scuffed. My Ultra has a huge scratch right across the center despite extreme care.
I would still absolutely recommend my ultra but I would say double up with your screen protectors because Samsung didn't seem to put much into the glass for this phone.
