Great but need to bring back the memory cards

Best Samsung Galaxy I have used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the samsung galaxy S3, S6, S9, Note 9 and currently have the S21 Ultra. I have had this phone for over a year and I still haven't had any issues with it. It is durable, fast, takes amazing photos and the battery can still last me all day with lighter use. I will say if I am playing games on my phone and have multiple apps open then my battery does tend to die within 4-6 hours, but that is ONLY if I am on in it that entire time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No expandable storage

I am so upset the phone doesn't include expandable storage. Cloud backup is very expensive and I loved being able to have a memory card for storing photos and videos. When it's full, swap in another memory card.
I really hope the S22 includes expandable storage. It was the best thing about Samsung phones.

BEYOND HAPPY.

I traded in my iPhone XS for the galaxy s21 ultra and could not be happier with my decision. I am currently with straight talk and the switch was incredibly easy with this unlocked phone: simple take the sim out of one phone and put it in the other. The features of the Galaxy are so much more fun than the iPhone which I feel is the same year after year and after trading my phone in, this was a much better deal with WAY more storage. If you're comparing the two, this is definitely the better option and that's coming from someone who has owned iPhones for YEARS.

Terrible performance and unreliable

The phone restarts randomly throughout the day and is unable to handle day to day tasks. It crashes and freezes often. Troubleshooting does not resolve the issue.

Great phone but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have started having problems with making/receiving calls. I can hear person talking but they can not hear me. The problem seems to be getting worse. To correct it, I have to restart my phone every time it happens. I did a search and I am not only person having this problem. The features on phone are great and I love how my photos turn out. If Samsung would fix the calling problem I would give it a 5 star. In case of an emergency, this could be a huge problem for me (and others with same phone issue) if I call 911 and they can't hear me and I have to hang up/restart my phone.

Sound Quality Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone, both speaker and close to ear, has horrible sound. It sounds like the output is vibrating of the glass backside, so it has a lot if interference. 
The Bluetooth, via buds/earphones, is fine.
I miss my Galaxy 10+
I have tried adjusting sound (and adaptive) to no good conclusion.
The Galaxy S-Pen that I purchased with the phone stopped working after 3 weeks. Not sure if phone or S-Pen issue.
Otherwise, I like the phone's processing ability and the camera. The keyword being PHONE. I cannot hear callers without asking them to repeat themselves over and over again, which leads to a great deal of frustration for both of us.
@Samsung, if you have any suggestions or recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it. I am a longterm and loyal Samsung customer for over 20 years and even purchased the Classic 4 watch and Ear Buds2.
