Perfect combination of power and size

I have been one to upgrade each time a new model is released but I liked this one so much I decided to skip a generation. The cameras are exceptional and the timely updates have continued to improve the phone. The battery life is still great and the beautiful screen makes for a great viewing experience for any type of entertainment. The added capability of the S-Pen was a great feature add to the Galaxy lineup.

From the daily use, ranging from the camera, emails, and to social media, the S21 Ultra is smooth, fast, reliable, and always ready for the tasks at hand.

Phone freezes and restarts on a regular basis

I bought this phone over a year ago brand new. It keeps freezing and restarting. It happens at least a few times a day, sometimes more. To be honest the camera is the only good thing about this phone. Performance wise, it sucks. I am in the middle of scrolling through an app or using Google maps and out of it just freezes and I have to wait for it to reboot to start resume what I was doing. This is not an uncommon issue with this device. I have read online hundreds of testimonials of people reporting the same thing, so I know it's not just my device. Samsung refuses to replace the phone. Overall it's a mediocre phone if I can't use it since it always crashes.
