[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my phone when it first came out and I love it. It's the bigger phone and I thought I wouldn't like it, but I love it. Still learning how to ise all the camera and video features, but the phone is worth it.

The camera let's me catch those precious moments my children have that I never want to forget. The speed let's me multi-task with the best and still have time for my kids stories. Missing Icons & Features

The first Samsung S21 Ultra I purchased f re on AT&T was fantaatic until my grandchild threw a ball and knocked off the counter. I then got the insurance money to get another because they did not have a phone to send me. AT&T out of stock until September so had to order directly off Samsung site. Got phone, setting it up and on the dial pad to call I do not have the envelope icon for my voice-mail or the video camera icon. No one seems to be able to figure out why and no one can help me. If I have to spend that much for a phone I want all working features. Also if I call my voice-mail number which is a pain, it goes to my husband's phone. Someone needs to take care of this situation.
For the cost of thiss phone I should not have anything wrong upon use.
Samsung buyer of 10+ years and I am rethinking my options for brands in the future if this don't get resolved!!

Great phone - but lots of bloat

The phone works great and takes great pictures. Few complaints are that Samsung still has their own UI instead of using the default Android UI and let you add Samsung if you want (no way to remove Samsung UI). The apps swipe a page at a time vs continuous vertical scroll, like most modern UIs. Samsung doesn't allow you to disable their apps (eg. Clock and Calendar) to use Google's apps, which then later causes conflict - it's like they're trying to force you to use their apps.
