So far I'm loving my phone top notch features that make this well worth choosing. New Samsung fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this only as an upgrade to have 5G and not have problems with new wireless upgrades. Videos and music often freeze when driving. Might be an issue with 4G/5G switching as this happens also when walking. Battery drains fairly quickly when using hotspot and when streaming, but doesn't work any better than my previous Samsung phone.

Started rough. Now, so far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my S21 Ultra at pre order. Everything worked great for the first month then the problems started. It began resetting on its own and apps were crashing all the time. It became a question of when, not if, it would happen. And also how often it would happen. I was sent to a Ubreakitifixit who performed a "special" reset without change. Then I had to send away to Samsung. 1 week later my phone was back after having the motherboard replaced. Now, it's the phone I expected when I bought it. It's so nice to have a phone that operates at the high function it should. Pros: screen resolution & size, battery, sound, performance. Cons: Samsung bloatware with ads, curved edges can be annoying with distorted picture and glare of light
