I hate that they took the micro SD card slot away and you cna buy a pin like the note but the case is big. So Im going back to the note. Applications and features seem better on the note.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5 months ago. The general look of the phone device is sleek and elegant. But for the exorbitant price it did not even come with ANY charger; a separate USB-C type charger had to be purchased. It does not have a head phone jack so have to pay Extra for the Wireless buds or headphones. The Contacts Alphabetical search feature on the right edge is tiny and inaccessible to touch; The Back Space button on the Keyboard is not sensitive or freezes. Videos cannot be controlled if played directly from the Gallery folder; Unable to attach larger Video files to texts unless trimmed which compromises quality and length. Not sure if I can transfer video files over blue-tooth. I stream HBO, which sometimes takes a while to load or keeps buffering and refreshes. Sometimes I have noticed that the calls go directly to the Voicemail when surfing the web. The Voice Mail box has limited capacity. Battery usage is average thus far, but obviously drains much faster with usage of Camera, play videos etc. I loaded only 3 Apps active on the phone other than the routine browser Apps. I have not used all the phone features as yet, as I focus on the regularly used ones. Camera is good as can be expected with higher pixels. I am yet to test it on outdoor travel photography. I miss the S-Pen feature from the Note device which I can use to highlight and read and capture the notes. (The finger touch highlight feature works on some websites). As an environmentally conscious person, I DONOT like that this battery cannot be replaced which probably means I have to discard the phone when the battery is dead. I hope phones are made rugged, modular so easy to upgrade and built to last.
