[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for a few months and it works ok. The issue I have is when traveling to work daily it looses the data connection frequently. I think it's something with jumping between mobile 5G and Wifi ... but on the other hand when I turn off the WiFi I still have issues. My cummute is metro north 30 minutes from New Rochelle to Grand central so it's not coverage .... I think it's the phone ..my note8 worked better connecivity wise. That's why I only give 4 out of 5.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently came back to the galaxy family. I went from an IPhone XR to a note 10 a few months ago, which made my day. The note reminded me how much I was a fan of android in general but noticed a few flaws with the features on the phone such as the lag with biometric readings. On a whim I bought the s21 ultra with the upgrade incentives offered by Samsung.
I now remember why I was a Samsung fan in the first place.
The phone is an amazing piece of technology. After several updates and playing with the one ui I am a true fan. The camera is something to be reckoned with, I myself am not much of a photographer, now I snap pictures whenever I can just to see the thing work.
Dec works basically flawlessly, I can plug this bad boy right in to my TV and use it a s a computer there or as a mobile powerhouse around the house as I have several areas to plug in. I love it. The features now offered by Samsung such as Samsung pay and Samsung pass make me realize there is a battle with Apple going on, and I'm on board. Be different, but hit all the key points people want. Samsung, you did it.
