[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pre-ordered and got the first one, it was fantastic. Great service everywhere, until it started glitching. I cracked the back so I put in a claim and the glitching resolved itself but the claim was done. Got the refurbished one and it was absolute trash. No service anywhere at all. Plus side, the camera is still hardcore, so there's that...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a note 20 ultra that broke. My ins. Offered me this s21 ultra as replacement. I don't mind it . I love that it's compatible with the spen. But irritated that there is not a place to put it... I love the cameras.
