Overheats

This phone gets way too hot way too fast. I have had samsung devices for over 10 years now. I was really excited to upgrade to this device, however, when I got it and started using it, total disappointment. I find the camera quality is not as great as compared to the s21 which I had b4 I got this ultra. The phone overheats and can't be held in hands for a long time. It has gotten so hot from the time I started doing this review. All my sisters and I got this phone and we all are experiencing this. I would not recommend this phone. I would say keep s21 if you don't mind a smaller phone. I worry that this phone may overheat and catch fire like the note 7 did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I traded in my iPhone XS for the galaxy s21 ultra and could not be happier with my decision. I am currently with straight talk and the switch was incredibly easy with this unlocked phone: simple take the sim out of one phone and put it in the other. The features of the Galaxy are so much more fun than the iPhone which I feel is the same year after year and after trading my phone in, this was a much better deal with WAY more storage. If you're comparing the two, this is definitely the better option and that's coming from someone who has owned iPhones for YEARS.

These devices are so expensive and so flimsy! I expect devices to be more durable for the cost! Also, The fingerprint scanner on screen is not working-out very well, and I hope they put it back in the power button.

When u guys decide to come up with adding the sdcard card slot again AND increasing the display size above 6.9, preferably 7.0" then and only then will I buy a Samsung phone again. Till then you cannot even compete nor beat an iphone!!!

Love the phone but battery sucks!

I bought this phone about 3 months ago and loved it except for the battery life. I'd be lucky to get 10 hrs out of it...battery starts to die before even doing anything on it. Fully charged when I wake up in the morning....set it down to get myself a cup of coffee and the phone is down to 99%. It drops about 10% in less than an hour...my old LG phone lasts longer than that! I'm on my 3rd one now and about to return it! I really don't want to give up on it but I'm tired of changing them out...just want one that has an all day battery like it's supposed to!

I bought this to replace a Note 9 with a cracked screen. The Note 9 was, hands down, the best phone I've ever owned. Take the Note 9 and remove everything that makes it great and you'll have the S21 Ultra.

My review is 4 Galaxy S10 Plus w/512GB

I've had this phone since it came out and haven't moved off to buy a new Galaxy because I cannot get the color I want with the storage I want.
Phantom Red would be awesome but I can't get 512 GB storage. I've tried the external cards but they go bad no matter who you buy from and I'm not comfortable putting my photos on a cloud or relying on an external device that may go bad and/or lose my photos, downloads and gifs. I'm heavy into graphics in my writings.
For the amount of money I pay for a device, I do not want to be told I must purchase black to get 512 GB or choose less GB. Samsung has me spoiled so what can you do to fix this Samsung? I'm a TMobil subscriber.
I would recommend this to a friend!
