Great phone but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this phone a couple of months ago. Has an awesome camera. But it gets a really lousy late signal. So since I don't have 5g at home. It is a lot slower than my note 9.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So many features in a compact device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a replacement for another manufactures phone. I missed my old Samsung Note and wanted something that matched its features. I was overwhelmed by everything it offered. I have never had more beautiful pictures of my Grandkids with the aide of multiple lens types. Having the pen functionality is a must. It just makes everything work better for keeping notes, documenting things and of course drawing is so much better with the pen!

The speed & performance, the camera, and the aesthetics are all absolutely top notch. I highly recommend this device if the price point doesn't scare you away.

Good features but has problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn't my first samsung but I did switch from iphone to Samsung. The phone has constant loading issues, it crashes often or freezes and won't let me unlock it or answer calls. It will lock randomly, open random apps. It will open in my pocket often. It does take very good photos. If you like speaker phone don't get this phone, the other person won't be able to hear you. You cannot send photos or videos to others without it looking horrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
