[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone overall. Has excellent battery life for a smart phone, lasting me near 18 hours after a heavy use (for now). Few complaints are it's a heavy phone, especially with a case and the camera bump is annoying (but rectified with the case). Screen glass is as good as it gets, when it works. I've been having issues where the screen developed a yellow tube in low light settings or when watching some videos full screen decor having the eye comfort setting turned off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked my S9+ better. Can't expand memory or replace when goes bad. You buy it with the memory you want, but you can only find it with 128GB, all others are special backorder withmonths long wait. Fingerprint sensor worked better on the back. Glass screen protector interferes with print reader so they tell you to avoid them, but everyone installs one to protect the screen. Stupid! My Otter case seems to interfere with wireless charging. Charges fine with cable, but on the wireless charger it charges slower and only about 1/2 way overnight (about 7-8 hours time). Stop spending so much upgrading on the camera features and more on other usability /interface features!! We're not all YouTubers.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the galaxy 21 ultra from day one. I was impressed with the ease of use and the wonderful camera. Of all my galaxy phones (I started with a note 5) this one is my favorite.
