[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my phone for over a year. I love it! It's the perfect balance between what was the old s series and note phones in one! I enjoy that the edges are not square rather rounded. It's a great phone and it's held up great. Highly recommend!

A few issues, service drops, speaker crackle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is good aside from dropped calls, audio drop outs on video calls, audio drop outs on conference calls, speaker crackle, delayed messages and notifications and then you get them all at once yet the phone shows that it has service the entire time, phone gets frozen on 5g and won't auto switch to 4g without these issues. Replacement phones all have same issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Phone. great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the S21 Ultra to replace my S20. Have had the device for over 1 year at this point and it has been an amazing experience overall. I added the Spen a few months ago as I have always been a note user. The experience has been awesome, very fluid UI. Once UI has been a breeze to use and the phone performs really well. Camera has been amazing. I get many compliments on the photos I have taken and shared with friends or coworkers. I am always the one chosen to take the pics becuase the phone takes awesome photos and or Videos.
This is highly recommended. My only issue is the lack of cases for spen.. The one I have makes a large phone more difficult to hold and there really aren't too many choices that offer Spen space and decent protection.
