[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone so far...unlike the 21 5g which led me into purchasing this model..Haven't had any mishaps like screens going dark like on the other phone I paid cash and turned in a note 9 which I was happy with..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't think of a single thing this phone doesn't do better than any other device. The zoom camera is unparalleled, screen resolution and refresh rate are second to none. And all while maintaining an amazing battery life. I've had this device since basically the day it launched, and it's been the best phone I've had. The water resistance is sp great,that on a recent trip to iceland, I felt safe using it to take phenomenal pictures of waterfalls, and using it while walking on a glacier!

Great phone, but scratches easily :(

The only downfall is that the gorilla glass scratches easily. Being a high-end phone from Samsung, I would expect this to be stronger. My old 9+ still looks like brand new and is treated tthe exact same way.
