Great phone!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came from an Apple Iphone X. It was really a terrible phone from Apple. Was tired of the phone being slow every year due to updates which purposely slow the phone down so you can buy a new one. With the Samsung S21 Ultra it is the best phone I ever owned! Pictures come out great, system is stable, can multi task, not 1 problem and I have had this phone for over 1 month. The screen resolution is awesome and you can modify the phone the way you want. Everything just seems to work. Has a good sound system too. I highly recommend Samsung and this phone!

Best Phone Ever!!

Lots of Upgrades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Galaxy Note 8 which I loved. I was nervous about going to the S21. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. The features are familiar to me and I don't miss the SPen- although I do still have one and have tested it with the S21- works just fine.
The fingerprint scanner never works on the first try. It usually takes anywhere from 2-4 attempts and that's frustrating. I finally just turned it off and use a code. The other problem is accidentally turning on Bixby, who will start talking at an average volume even if I have media sounds turned down and volume set to vibrate only. I don't use Bixby and would love to just disable it so I can't accidentally turn it on.
The camera is great. Photos are clear and vibrant.
It came with a bunch of apps pre-installed that I immediately uninstalled. Games and stupid stuff.
The screen is bright and clear and sharp. Performance is great! I have not encountered any bugs. Overall I really like it!

Great camera

Great all around package

There is no phone on the market that can come close to the picture quality of the came fit both photos and videos. The speed of the phone with the processor and the memory are unparalleled.

Incredible Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Samsung phones for years. I have always been happy with their performance and features. I ordered the S21 Ultra 5G for the camera capabilities and was not disappointed. This phone takes incredible photos and video, and I haven't even played with it that much yet. The zoom is unbelievable for a smartphone. The display is enormous and vibrant. The front glass is super smooth and responsive (sometimes almost too responsive!), and the phone gets me through a whole day with lots of battery to spare. All of the features work as expected. I have had to retrain myself to use the front screen for fingerprint, rather than the back of the phone, but it does a great job recognizing my prints under most conditions. I do wish that it had a notification light like the past models - if you aren't in front of the phone when one comes in, you have to do a manual check. Otherwise, you won't see your text messages until much later. That's the only negative thing I could mention, and it isn't really much of a negative. I do sometimes miss my integral stylus, but I bought this phone knowing that it didn't have one. Overall, I am extremely happy with this phone.
