[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came from an Apple Iphone X. It was really a terrible phone from Apple. Was tired of the phone being slow every year due to updates which purposely slow the phone down so you can buy a new one. With the Samsung S21 Ultra it is the best phone I ever owned! Pictures come out great, system is stable, can multi task, not 1 problem and I have had this phone for over 1 month. The screen resolution is awesome and you can modify the phone the way you want. Everything just seems to work. Has a good sound system too. I highly recommend Samsung and this phone!

Best Phone Ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my 40th birthday and this has been by far the best phone I have ever owned. I've owed several Galaxy phones and a couple of iPhones, but the S21 Ultra beats them all!

Lots of Upgrades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Galaxy Note 8 which I loved. I was nervous about going to the S21. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. The features are familiar to me and I don't miss the SPen- although I do still have one and have tested it with the S21- works just fine.
The fingerprint scanner never works on the first try. It usually takes anywhere from 2-4 attempts and that's frustrating. I finally just turned it off and use a code. The other problem is accidentally turning on Bixby, who will start talking at an average volume even if I have media sounds turned down and volume set to vibrate only. I don't use Bixby and would love to just disable it so I can't accidentally turn it on.
The camera is great. Photos are clear and vibrant.
It came with a bunch of apps pre-installed that I immediately uninstalled. Games and stupid stuff.
The screen is bright and clear and sharp. Performance is great! I have not encountered any bugs. Overall I really like it!

Great camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered this phone, replacing an S20, I believe. Overall happy with the device. Disappointed that the battery doesn't last a day. A few other software issues, but not sure what they are related to.

Great all around package

There is no phone on the market that can come close to the picture quality of the came fit both photos and videos. The speed of the phone with the processor and the memory are unparalleled.
