[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Few issues and not sure if it is phone or service related. The phone is extremely slow on internet often in spite of being on the new 5G network. The other issue is the screen is very easily scratched. Not sure how as I just hold it in my pocket with nothing else in the pocket but has several noticeable scratches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great phone! Plenty of features, crystal clear display, amazing camera. One problem that I have found is that 5G is not that great yet and the ability to turn 5G off is not there. The lack of a consistent 5G network makes sending messages and making phone calls impossible at times. Without the ability to turn off 5G I find myself constantly restarting my phone just to be able to send a text.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone, the camera is amazing. I upgrade to a new Samsung phone every year to keep up with new features and new capabilities. The battery lasts longer in this phone then any other Samsung I have purchased in the last 10 years. My only disappointment in it is that you cannot add memory. I have added 500 GB of memory to my last few Galaxy phones, but I am stuck with the 128GB that this one has.
