[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pre-ordered and got the first one, it was fantastic. Great service everywhere, until it started glitching. I cracked the back so I put in a claim and the glitching resolved itself but the claim was done. Got the refurbished one and it was absolute trash. No service anywhere at all. Plus side, the camera is still hardcore, so there's that...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] if you're looking for the most advance/powerful device; this is what you need. the s21 ultra with 512 GB. We do need SD card compatibility though. :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine at the end of June, 2021 and it has a great battery. I unplug it around 6:30am and won't plug it back in until 3pm. I'm a battery saver, so that's how long it takes for it to get to 50%. I will watch YouTube videos, check social media, use Google maps, etc and it lasts for a very long time. The operating system is great, fast processor, high quality phone. The only con is the camera. I turned on every helping nanny I could and it still takes grainy photos half the time. It's hit or miss every time. I'm not a huge photo taker, even though that's the typical draw to this phone. I'm a bigger battery/faster processor/flagship phone kind of guy and for that purpose it is great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally wanted a note 20 could not afford. The salesman convinced me that the Galaxy S21 was worthy aside the note. I'm very pleased with its function and meeting my needs as a user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for about a year, I love it, the camera is amazing! and the battery stays charged all day.
