I love my pasta maker, but follow the instructions it works. It may look like it's not pasta but it is. So easy.
One thing, Cuisinart folks, please come out with more pasta shape inserts. Would love some other fun shapes just to keep the interest.

Works great and love the recipe book it came with. Only complaints are that it’s definitely annoying to clean and replacing the noodle mold seems a lot harder than necessary (have to JAM a knife or pen or something in it). Also still new to it but so far my pasta comes out very inconsistent lol not a big deal but if you like pretty and even pasta you might be frustrated.
