Pretty Simple to use. Have only used for pasta, not bread making yet. One VERY important piece of advice, be sure to disassemble as soon as you are done using it. I had dough dry in the grooves of the locknut and even after soaking it for days, it would not come loose. Had to use vice grips to get it loose. Was pretty funny actually but lesson learned.

I'd be very happy to change my review once Cuisinart overhauls and improves the appliance instructions. Once I went through the instructions several times, called Cuisinart (I was told to take it back if I couldn't get it to work.), and rewatched the YouTube video, I was able to finally - on my second attempt make pasta. Just a simple "Add ingredients, push Auto/Stop button" would be nice and useful.

I should have listened to the other 1 stars. This pasta maker is garbage! I tried every way to make pasta and have wasted more flour, egg, and olive oil that I should have. Stay far away from this product.
