BEST wifi baby monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been using the Nanit baby monitor since my oldest was born, and we are now using a second Nanit monitor for our youngest. I like being able to check in and see the video feed from anywhere, whether I’m at home or away. The split screen feature works great for 2 monitors. I can play the audio feed of both cameras overnight so I can hear if either child wakes up. I wasn’t able to test the breathing band because the one we were sent was for 0-3 months and my baby is 10 months, but it does come in other sizes so we could get a bigger size. We use the floor stand for both monitors. It was easy to set up and works well with both our crib and our older child’s big bed. The insights data isn’t something I really use at this point, just because my youngest has a pretty consistent sleep pattern, but this would be useful during the newborn days especially. Nanit is a brand we have used and loved for almost 5 years now and would choose again if we needed a baby monitor. I’d recommend it to any of my friends.

Love the nanit baby monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nanit Pro Smart baby monitor is a must have baby product. I love that it has so many features all wrapped into one product. I am so glad we got the floor stand because it was super easy to install and can easily be moved around and adjusted as needed. The app is very easy to use as well and the camera is probably the highest quality I’ve ever seen for a baby monitor. It also gives you so much data about how you baby slept which is such a useful tool, especially for those early months. My son is 2 years old and we set it up in his room because he’s still in the crib but we are expecting baby number three this fall and I can’t wait to try the breathing band with the new baby. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing us with this baby monitor.

Love the monitor but floor stand meh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Nanit Pro Smart Baby Monitor & Floor Stand from Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for our honest review and we are so glad we had the chance to try this great monitor! As the mom of four kids, we have tried a lot of baby monitors. We've tried cheap, two audio only options as well as three different video monitors run via app like the Nanit. The Nanit is by far my favorite!
The pros: The insights data is great and the cute little greetings the app gives you saying "Hi Mom I fell asleep 3 minutes ago!" are fun! I love the fast forwarded recap of the night that the app gives you, sometimes these nights get so fuzzy and it's hard to remember what happened/how the night went so being able to easily look back is so helpful! The video is crisp and clear, as is the sound quality. Being able to turn on the background audio to run all night or while you're doing other things on your phone is such a great feature. I also like that the monitor shows temperature and humidity without having to purchase an additional sensor. I get notifications on my phone and watch whenever there is sound or motion in the crib, a great way to stay tuned in to what's going on without having to watch or even listen. We received our Nanit with the floor stand, it gives you a great view of the baby and crib. I've since purchased the flex stand to be able to have different views since we have twins and I'd like to be able to see both babies with one camera.
The cons: the subscription model is frustrating to me. Without paying for the subscription, there are quite a few limitations within the app and monitor features. The first limitation I ran in to was the number of users you can give access to - only two without paying for more. Even the initially free insights about sleep patterns are lost after the first year of activation - that means if you're planning to use the monitor for more than one child, you'll need to pay for the subscription to get the insights that are more helpful with new babies. When reviewing the night's summary, I would like to be able to slow it down the event clips and see/listen to the event as it happened instead of having to move over to the event in the event history.
The meh: the floor stand is fine, a bit cumbersome to move. With our twins, I had initially wanted to move it around and try it with both babies but it is too difficult to move around in our small nursery around their cribs. When you look at the Event History, the orientation of the screen is different than the orientation in the live view - not a bad thing but just kind of odd.

Fantastic Monitor for Parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to try as part of the Steller Product Testing Panel. My son is 9 months old and I absolutely loved this monitor.I would highly recommend this to any parent. Pros: so many features and stats, custom tips and information, access from anywhere (I was able to check on my son while away for a business trip!), crisp sound and video, customized alert thresholds, and peace of mind with the breathing band, easy set up. Cons: only the smallest size breathing band was included. For the price it would have been nice if the larger sizes were also included, some features can be unlocked only with an additional subscription (called the insights plan).
Overall: the set up was super simple. I really like the floor stand. It is very sturdy and I loved the built in power cord cover - one less thing to think about and baby proof as a busy parent. I was even able to complete the camera set up while my baby was sleeping in my arms. Another feature which I made me wish I’d had this monitor all along was the custom alerts. Babies are noisy sleepers so to only receive an alert once the noise or movement reaches a certain level could have saved me so much sleep!! Additionally, there are many features and stats which can only be used with an additional subscription. I found the free base plan satisfactory but the paid features like sleep analytics look very interesting.

Best baby monitor hands down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far, my favorite baby monitor I've tried is the Nanit Pro Smart Baby Monitor & Floor Stand. Although I could have set everything up without using the handbook, I ultimately turned to it to be sure I did it correctly. I really appreciated Nanit adding the floor cord protection cover, which is unique and I haven't seen other companies do. Compared to the other baby monitor I had, the Nanit's video quality is very crisp that I can see my baby clearly. Additionally, I liked that the sound transmits almost immediately and without delay. The stand fit perfectly under my son's crib and because we have slanted walls I was able to easily adjust it to fit his room. There are so many things I love about this monitor, to list a few. The breathing band to track my son's breathing is wonderful; I don’t have to charge or connect anything; he just has to wear a non-electronic breathing band around his belly, and the Nanit Camera will pick up his breathing by the pattern that’s on the band when he’s breathing. I forgot to add that it’s washable! Another feature I used, and that was my favorite that I used daily, was the dashboard. That's where you find all the insights and get to view a nightly summary video of your baby throughout the night or nap. I get to see how my baby did the entire night in just a few seconds. I love seeing him turn and knowing what time he went to sleep or woke up. Great way to monitor his wake up windows and determine when he needs to take his next nap. The only complaint I have is that I wish I could bend the camera up right for when my son gets older so I can get a better view of his room. Overall, it’s a fantastic product, and I plan to let all my parents-to-be and current parents know about it. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby monitor.

Nanit camera and floor stand review

I am a mom of 2 kids, a 4 year old and an 8 months old. Prior to receiving Nanit system, we used a camera that was sitting on the edge of the crib and I can tell you that the difference between having a basic video camera and Nanit camera and floor stand sysem is night and day, with Nanit being a far more superior product on every level.
The floor stand was very easy to set up. It fit seamlessly behind baby's crib and the overview of the crib from it is fantastic. The floor stand has a sleek and modern look. The night light on it is wonderful, room temperature feature is great to have as well as I like our room to run on a cooler side. White noise and sounds can be turned on remotely from your phone via Nanit app and that comes very handy. My husband works at the office and I am a stay at home mom, and we both can see and monitor our baby while in the crib from our phones connected to the Nanit app.
Nanit app with sleep tracking features is amazing. You get one year subscription of basic insights when you set it up and it has very useful information and tips on baby's sleep ( even with the basic insights subscription). Noise and motion notifications make it very efficient with knowing whats going on with your baby and getting day and night summary of baby's sleep (how long the baby slept and how many times the baby was attended)is very helpful with planning nap times and schedules. You can also save your favorite videos to memories inside the app and that's a fun way to keep those sweet sleepy moments for you to rewatch again.
In the package, we also received a breathing band which I think would be very helpful to have as a piece of mind especially for a newborn/small babies. The band is very soft to the touch. Our baby seems to be comfortable with it on.
Overall, we are thrilled with Nanit camera and floor stand and all of its wonderful and useful features and would definitely recommend it to any family with kids!

Crystal clear picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so thankful that I was gifted this monitor through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It is absolutely fantastic! This is so simple to set up and only took me a few minutes. I love how easy it is to adjust to the way I need it for optimal viewing. The included breathing band is a nice touch that gives me extra peace of mind and I really appreciate that. The extra data I think is my favorite feature on this. It is so nice to see how my kiddo slept in clear and easy to read details. As a parent, it's also great to be able to have little sleep tips given in the app to help support our sleep journey as well. The picture quality on this can't be beat. I truly love this product!

Nanit Floor Stand Monitor BUY IT NOW

We have used the wall mounted Nanit for my first, loved it but couldn’t afford another Nanit for my second. We were gifted the Nanit Monitor and Floor Stand from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I cannot say how much I appreciate this. I love the floor stand option more than the wall mount! I can easily move it about my home if my 6 week old baby is napping somewhere else other than his bassinet. I can position it easily to get a perfect view of my baby. You can adjust the height of the monitor easily. Initial install was very easy and user friendly. I also LOVE the aesthetic of it. I think it’s such a beautiful monitor. Slim and sleek and is beautiful! I would also HIGHLY suggest purchasing the breathing wear for your baby. It’s so nice to not have to worry about your newborns health while sleeping…allowing mom to get so much more of a deeper sleep! Amazing product. Just buy it, worth every penny. Ps. For moms of two, Nanit has a “split screen” option! So when you have that beautiful moment of getting both of your babies down for a nap at the same time…you can see both of them from just one screen! Ideal feature!
