Poor networking: showing not registered on network

This phone is poor in catching the network and I have hard time making calls. All the time, "not registered on network" shows up when making a call. Now I have to either buy another new phone or return the Galaxy A11.

I got the Samsung A11 and idk if it came with a SIM card or if I have to buy a SIM card doesn'treally tell me inless I missed something I got a activation card but will it even work with out a sim card
