Purcahsed this about 2 youears ago. We love how light weight this is, and operates super easily. The pressure is amazing. We have needed to replace the hose 3 times due to it randomly not allowing water flow anymore. Check the hose all the time and there is no kink or blockage.

For the time that this pressure washer was working, it did an amazing job. It’s quiet, the GPM was excellent. and the power on this machine Amazing. Unfortunately after 5 month’s of use a gasket blew inside the pump and water started leaking everywhere. This is why I gave it three stars instead 5. However things do happen. If want to buy this model go right ahead it will get job done

Took 15 years of dirt right off

Assembly was very easy, all the parts have a high quality feel, nothing cheap or flimsy. The unit is plenty powerful for my needs. I pressure washed a brick pathway and 15 years of dirt and algae came right off no problem. Overall I am very happy, much less hassle than a gas version.

I bought this for my daughter who used my Green Works 2300 pressure washer. Both of us use it at least monthly if not more. I love the ease of use and finished cleaned areas.

Works better than I expected. With the turbo nozzle it is a beast! Easy to setup and use. The cart is outfitted for great storage of the cord and hose.
A little noisier than I expected, but I can overlook this as it works so great.

Hello there,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Here are a few troubleshooting tasks to try out!

1) If the unit has overheated, simply unplug it and allow it to cool before starting it. A good rule of thumb is to take a minimum 15-minute break after every 45 minutes of use.
2) After the unit has cooled, purge the line. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) If using an extension cord, make sure that it is a 25' cord, 12AWG only. Other cords may cause damage to the unit.

If you continue to experience this issue, we urge you to contact our customer care team by using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for washing cars with my mom. She had a hard time pull starting out old one. This is so easy to operate that a child could do it. We absolutely love this purchase and looking forward to getting other accessories
