This pressure washer is fantastic. It came in several pieces but was easy to put together with included instructions and took me less than 30 minutes, never having actually put one together before. The cord is long enough for me to take care of my entire property with my outdoor outlets. There is no "kickback" during spraying. The wand glides nice. My 6 year old even helped me (after some safety training of course!) I've used it to spray my house/windows off, rejuvenate my drive and sidewalk, and wash our cars. The ability to add soap is so great. Also I was surprised it was quiet! I plan on buying another one for my dads birthday next month.

This machine is so easy to move around and use that I find my self pulling it out to use for just about all my household chores that require washing. I wash my cars with this unit, as the soap tip is a great tool. I clean up my deck and patios on a regular basis now that I dont have to worry about being to loud. It is very easy to use is very quiet compared to the gas units, and it has a spot for everything so all I have to do is roll it out plug it in and get to work. I am so very happy with this purchase!

Great all around pressure washer!

We have owned this for a few months now and have used it for a variety of jobs. My son has cleaned the cars and windows with great results. We have washed the concrete patio and drive way and cleaned up our aluminum siding, again, all with great results. We've found the washer to be easy to use, very portable, and sturdily built. It's a great product that I would highly recommend!

This is the second Greenworks product I have bought; 2000 PSI model and now 2200 PSI. The trip circuit on the 2000 PSI unit burned out after 3 years; this 2200 PSI unit trips after 20-30 seconds of use. It cleans great while on, but trips and then I have to wait for it to cool down about 30 seconds. Using standard house outlet 120V on 20A circuit. I don't want to use a gas unit ....so will reach out to customer service for suggestions.

Hello There We are sorry to hear of the trouble you are experiencing with this Greenworks 2200 PSI pressure washer. If you are having troubles starting your electric pressure washer, there are a few things we suggest you should check.
We not recommend the use of an extension cord. They can shorten the life of your machine. If you must use one, it must be 12 gauge wire if over 25 feet in length. Using any length of 16, 18 or lighter gauge extension cord will not supply enough power to your pressure washer and the motor will not start or run properly. This could also cause the fuse to blow or the circuit breaker to trip.
If the machine isn't making any noise at all, the first place to look is the electrical cord. Make sure that the pressure washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, has a tight connection and that your outlet can provide adequate grounded power to operate your pressure washer.
Hopefully you'll have a chance to contact Greenworks for assistance. We have representatives available who can help with whatever issues you may be having. We can by contacted by email on info@greenworkstools.com or directly at 888-909-6757.

working just fine after one year

I purchased my unit about 15 months ago. I really don't have any complaints with its performance. It is important that you read the manual prior to operating for the first time. I would like to see some changes in the soap tank. If you need to change soaps you have to essentially run the existing soap thru thus creating waste.

Got this to replace a 2600 psi gas-powered washer that I couldn't start any more. This unit did the job of cleaning my patio bricks just as well as the old washer and used half the water to do it (1.2 gpm vs 2.5 gpm). No more yanking on a starter cord!

Shorting out

I had the unit for around 3 months. It worked for me 3 times. Today, it keeps tripping all of my GFI outlets. I tried it in multiple outlets with the same result. Something is shorting internally or the motor is drawing way too much current. Something isn’t right. It will run for about 2 minutes and then trips the GFI. I’m very disappointed. I keep the unit indoors so it has never been left outside. Unfortunately I can’t find the receipt so I am stuck with it.

Hello Jay827
We are sorry to hear you haven't had a good experience with 2200-PSI Pressure Washer. We would like to make some suggestions in order to improve your experience with this Pressure Washer. If the tool is tripping the circuit breaker allow the Pressure Washer to cool, and restart unit. The GWP2200 has an extremely high draw. As it increases and decreases the flow rate according to the nozzle being used, it can surge. We advise that extension cords are not used with this unit and for it to be the solitary device attached to the outlet. No other larger tools/appliances running at the same time. If your unit is still not performing, please contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 we can look into some troubleshooting suggestions or recommend the nearest service center.

Will not run for more than few seconds at a time. Worked with it over two hours and tried on three different outlets. Probably shut off 300 times. Completely unreliable and I will be returning. Simply awful.
