This is the supreme coffee press of all the coffee presses. So smooth, no work, no messes. It looks good. And I even love the wooden spatula that comes with it!

We love how it keeps the coffee hot. When going to refill with hot water, it can be a little tricky to pull out - maybe because of the suction?

I have a number of coffee/espresso makers, but this is easily the best French press I have ever used, (I have 4). My only regret is that I didn’t wait until I could manage the $ for the elegant wood handle one as it is so beautiful.

Love this product, but I had an issue that support quickly resolved.
The way the handle is attached to the body of the French press might be not as robust as it should be, and my handle broke off, but support quickly replaced my product after I sent the broken one in. Minor inconvenience by not having one in the interim, but at the end of the day the issue was resolved
